Grow Groups

We believe God created us for relationship, first with Him, and then with one another. Grow Groups are a beautiful expression of this design. These small, home-based gatherings are more than just Bible studies; they’re places where we truly do life together. In Grow Groups, we form lasting friendships, grow deeper in our faith, ask honest questions, and share both joys and struggles. We also serve one another, our church, and the community around us. As the primary way we connect and live out our mission, Grow Groups offer a space to share meals, engage with God’s Word, and pray together in meaningful ways.

Our mission is to help people become thriving followers of Jesus. At FSBC Lawrence, we define a thriving follower as a:

Ambitious Learner: One who pursues knowing God through prayer, fellowship, and Bible study.

Bold Ambassador: One who shares Jesus with those around them.

Committed Disciple-Maker: One who seeks to be a disciple who makes disciples.

Devoted Worshiper: One who glorifies God in their private and public life.
